In addition to these two documents, we require the following two:

A copy of a Coggins within the 12 months prior
to the event. Bring an additional copy to the exhibition as the
state of North Carolina requires you to display it on your stall
door.

A letter, or some form of proof, stating the
EVA status of the stallion from your veterinarian.
We will also need from you, emailed to marydellfarms@aol.com,
a
maximum of three photos. We prefer that you send:

A good conformation shot which will be used on
the website and in the program.

One performance picture
-
One offspring picture. If there are no offspring,
you may substitute an additional performance picture.
You are allowed up to two paragraphs of comments for the program
and web site. That should also be emailed to the above address in
a Word document. We reserve the right to edit due to space limitations,
but will advise you if that occurs.
